We need your help with the archives.
When Frank was alive we always managed to cover Inter-Relations’ expenses through the money Frank got from his students doing the apprenticeship.
After Frank died we have managed to support the archiving projects up until recently. But it is now just down to the two of us. There is no more money coming in besides an occasional book sale and we can’t afford to cover the archiving expenses ourselves as we are on a fixed income.
The money Inter-Relations received from the recent sale of two of Frank’s paintings has helped, but that will run out.
So we have set up our own “Frank” version of Patreon!
You can select a donation level from the list of tiers on the right. Each tier has a list of free Frank gifts you will receive with your recurring donation.
You can also make a one-time donation here:
You can also send checks via snail mail. Please make the check out to Inter-Relations and mail to:

Here is a list of some of Inter-Relations’ regular expenses:
All of Frank’s websites and blogs are hosted on a Dedicated Server and a Cloud hosting account (for Wordpress).
We had to move everything that was in the Archive Room and in the attic at the Blue House in Berkeley into a 10' x 10' storage space here in Idaho. There is no room for it at our house. We are actively trying to find a home/s for all of this but we don’t know how long that will take.
We are in the process of creating a “permanent” online archive of all of Frank’s websites. It is a slow and tedious process that involves recreating or modifying the code of many sections of the website so that they will archive correctly. We are hoping to be able to finish by the end of our subscription period but we may need another year. The annual subscription we have also has a data limit that may not be enough space and this would mean we would need to subscribe for another year to gain more storage space.
We have about 30 external hard drives where we archive Frank’s digitized videos, photos and backup working project files. We replace each of them after 5 years of use, so each year there are several that need to be replaced.
This includes purchasing proof copies of books and keeping a small inventory of each title to sell and send to select libraries.
We have 500 videos on a Vimeo account, mostly of Frank Moore’s Shaman’s Den shows. We are in the process of slowly moving them to the Internet Archive. This account was not deleted when Vimeo terminated Frank’s account.
Flickr serves as cloud storage for all of the photos we scan from the archives. There are almost 30,000 photos on our Flickr account.
We have several computers that we use for Frank projects. Each has a specific function like video editing, digitizing audio tapes, digitizing videotapes, email and office work, etc. We need to be able to replace them if they fail or grow too old to be functional.
Very occasionally, we need to travel out of state for a Frank event. For example, BAMPFA, the Berkeley Art Museum, held a solo exhibition of Frank’s oil paintings in January 2023. Inter-Relations paid for the two of us to fly to the show to be a part of the opening. There is the possibility of an exhibition in San Diego in 2024 that we would like to attend if it happens.
BTW, your donations go to our non-profit 501(c)(3), Inter-Relations, and are tax-deductible.
We appreciate any support you can afford!
